You may not be using the correct login details. When you first subscribed, you should have received an email with your login information. Please double-check to make sure that you're using the correct username and password. You can do this by going to your email and to search for Rentola. Don’t forget to check your Spam or Ad folder.
If you have forgot you password, you can reset your password as follows:
- Click on the icon at the top right of the screen.
- Click on "Sign in"
- In the pop-up window, click on "Forgot password".
- You will be prompted to enter you email address. Afterwards an email will be sent containing a magic link which logs you in when you click on it, please check your inbox and spam for this email called "Login here and contact the landlord now"
Another possibility is that you may have registered on a different Rentola website. Please ensure that you're trying to log in on the correct website. Look at the extension of the email you received, it could be rentola.com, rentola.ca or another brand like rentola.fr. If you're still experiencing issues, click here to contact customer service.
